Fixed term 0.5 FTE Project Administrator
We currently have a vacancy for a fixed term 0.5 FTE Project Administrator, based at our Manukau (Auckland) office, until December 2022.
This is a fast paced, hands on role that requires someone with exception organisational skills. An experienced project administrator will hit the ground running, be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and will have a reputation for getting things done with excellence. Pacific cultural competency is essential as you will be working in a Pacific organisation that practices Pacific values, and you’ll be liaising with external stakeholders seeking Pasifika languages and cultural expertise from us. Because we have a huge clientele of stakeholders, the ability to work cross-culturally and with a broad range of external stakeholders, such as Government, Corporate CEOs and HR Managers across the Health, Education, Law, Social Services and corporate sectors is essential.

Pacific Language professional translators
We are always looking to add to our amazing team of Pacific language translation specialists. If you are a native speaker of Sāmoan, Tongan, Cook Islands Māori, vagahau Niue, Tokelauan, Fijian, Rotuman, Tuvaluan or Kiribati and some dialects of Papua New Guinea with fluency in English, and would like to join us on a freelance basis please reach out to us using the application form below.
Pacific language tutors (teaching online) & Pacific languages & Cultures Curriculum Developers (ethnic specific)
We welcome expressions of interest from Pacific native language speakers and cultural experts with fluency in English, across our 7 ethnic groups (Sāmoa, Tongan, Cook Islands Māori, Niue, Tokelau, Fiji and Rotuma) to join our expanding pool of online tutors. If you have experience teaching both Pacific and non-Pacific adult learners (especially online), excellent IT skills, and have a passion for sharing Pacific languages and cultures, then please reach out to use using the application form below.
Professional Corporate Pacific Cultural Competency facilitators
With a growing clientele of corporate organisations seeking to understand how they can be more responsive to their Pacific employees, clients and customers we are looking for experienced corporate facilitators who have Pacific language and culture expertise and fluency in English, to join us on a freelance basis. CPL do all the client management and administration while our specialist facilitators bring the magic to the workplace. You will have an area of recognised Pasifika expertise (ie ethnic specific cultural knowledge holder and/or business expertise working in a cross cultural environment with Pacific and non-Pacific employees).
