Language short courses
We offer the following languages as part of our Short Course program:
Papua Niugini Tok Pisin (Papua New Guinea), Bislama (Vanuatu), Fäeag Rotuạm ta (Rotuman), Te reo Māori Kuki 'Airani (Cook Islands), Gagana Samoa (Samoan), Vosa vakaViti (Fijian).
These CPL Short Courses will commence from September and are designed to support Pacific language and cultural learning through short, intensive 4-weeks programme, with each session running for 2 hours per week.
This model offers a more accessible and flexible learning experience compared to the longer 10-week NZQA-accredited language courses.
All Short courses will be delivered through a combination of online and face-to-face formats, depending on the language and facilitator's availability.
Online courses will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, ensuring a reliable and interactive virtual learning environment.
